Shipment processing time
All orders are processed and ready to be shipped within a 6 week time frame, with the average being between 2-4 weeks.
The local postal service doesn't operate on Sundays. If there are any expected delays, they will be communicated at @noodsbykia on Instagram or by direct contact if needed.
If you pay for 1st class or tracked shipping this is solely for quicker/tracked shipping, and has no influence on how quickly your product is made.
Once items are shipped, we have no influence over the time they take to get to you. If we believe they have not arrived in sufficient time after contact from the buyer, we will discuss next steps with you.

Delivery tracking is only available to those who choose tracking at checkout. Tracking details will be sent to the email provided in your order.
Damages
Nudes By Kia is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim. You will be asked to provide image proof of damage.
