We get it! Ordering something so personal can feel like a big deal, especially if it’s your first time. Don’t worry, we’ve got you!
Your image and your final product are just for you. We’ll never share the finished piece, and we won’t ask to, either. If you want us to show off your nudie goodies, you’ll need to come to us first (and only if you’re comfy with it).
The process is totally judgement-free and we’ll never comment on your image or body (I might just ask you where your gorg lingerie set is from!)

Is my image safe?
Your image is super safe with us. The only person who sees it is Kia, who hand-draws every single piece. Once your order’s done, we’ll send you a screen recording of your image being deleted, and we’ll clear out any emails with your image too.
Your image is never shared, sent anywhere, or moved around. For the full deets, check out the GDPR info below.
Why 21+ for personalised merch?
We don’t accept any images from anyone under 21. We’ve chosen this age limit to keep everything as safe and certain as possible, and stay compliant with international laws.
It’s important to know that possessing nude images of anyone under 18 is considered child pornography. This is illegal in the UK and across the world (with some countries having different age thresholds). You can find more info on international age of consent laws below.
Does 21+ apply internationally?
Our 21+ rule applies to all.
We take international laws very seriously to make sure everything is compliant, which is why we’ve set a 21+ age limit and do ID checks. This covers all countries.
Countries with ages of consent over 18 are:

Do I need to show ID?
Yep, we’ll always ask for proof of age before we can take your image, so make sure to send this over first!
If your image includes more than one person, we’ll need to see proof of age for each person.
We accept all official, international IDs like passports, driving licences, or identity cards.
What do I do if I'm ordering on behalf of someone else?
If the image isn’t of you, we’ll ask you to grab a Nudes By Kia gift card instead. This is because we don’t have the consent of the person in the image, and consent is super important to us.
Images
How do I send my image?
Once bought please send your order number, image and ID to nudesbykia@gmail.com.
Email just means we can make sure everything is totally secure and private.
Please don't send images over Instagram.
What sort of images do you accept?
Anything from fully clothed to full nudity is totally fine. Whatever you’re comfortable with! That said, we do reserve the right to turn down images if:
- There’s any doubt about consent from anyone in the image or sending it
- The image is incriminating in any way
- It was taken before your 21st birthday
- You can’t provide a time stamp for the image if we ask for one
Any tips for the best images for personalised items?
Whatever iconic pose you’ve got in mind, go for it! These are just tips to help:
Close-ups look fab on keyrings and earrings, and full-body shots can really stand out on the tees and hoodies. Mirror selfies with a flash can sometimes be tricky to work with, but we will always do our best to make it look amazing.
Kia’s got the creative eye to bring your vision to life, so your piece will be iconic no matter what!
Can you help me choose an image?
Depending on how comfortable you are, you can send options for the final image and I can help guide on which I think will look most iconic!
Orders
How long will my order take?
All items are always available to buy, but they’re made in 2-week batches depending on demand.
On average, orders take around 4 weeks because Kia hand-draws every piece. We both juggle full-time commitments outside of this, so things can get hectic, but we promise your goodies are worth the wait!
This system helps us keep everything manageable, so we’d love it if you could hold off on checking in about wait times during this period. Thanks for your patience, you’re the best!
How do I change my order details?
You’ll need to let us know within 24 hours of placing your order. Just reach out to us on Instagram or email us at nudesbykia@gmail.com, and we’ll do our best to help.
If it’s a special circumstance, we’ll try to be flexible... but please get in touch as soon as you can!
How do I care for my nudie merch?
Earrings & Keyrings - Keep them away from chemicals like hairspray or perfume, and try not to get them wet. Avoid wearing them while you sleep, swim, or for super long stretches. Treat them gently!
Totes - Stick to a sponge wash only, and don’t tumble dry or let the print near an iron.
T-Shirts, Hoodies & Sweatshirts - Wash at 30°C max, turn them inside out to iron, and never let the print touch the iron. Tumble drying is a no-go!
We include full care instructions with every order, so you’ll always know how to keep your goodies looking their best.
Shipping & Packaging
Is your shipping packaging discrete?
Absolutely. Our packages are super discreet and don’t mention nudity or the nature of the product anywhere on the outside.
Inside, you’ll find our branding, but only after you’ve opened it up!
Do you ship internationally?
We do! We have actually shipped to over 35 countries and counting!
Will there be customs fees and import tariffs?
Customs charges and import tariffs are decided by the carrier and local laws, so they’ll be your responsibility to pay. Nudes By Kia doesn’t cover these costs.
For more info, it’s a good idea to check with your local customs office so you’re not caught off guard by any extra charges!
Is shipping & production sustainable?
We keep things simple to reduce waste. Packing and tissue paper is reused and recycled, and we keep paper and packaging to a minimum in every order.
By creating items in batches, we also cut down on waste and limit unnecessary shipping from suppliers.
What if I refuse to pay customs?
If you refuse to pay the customs fee and the parcel gets sent back to us, we may deduct a shipping and handling fee from your refund.
We recommend checking with your local customs office beforehand to avoid any surprises!
Returns & Refunds
Do you accept returns?
We don’t accept returns, sorry! Due to the nature of our products, we can’t offer returns on any items.
Do you accept refunds?
We only offer refunds in special cases, like if the product doesn’t meet our standards, is faulty or broken, or doesn’t show up.
Just reach out to us, and we’ll sort it out. If it’s broken, we’ll need pics as proof to help you out with a refund or replacement!
My order has arrived faulty or broken, what do I do?
If your order arrives faulty or broken, reach out to us on Instagram or email us at nudesbykia@gmail.com. We’ll sort it out with either a full refund or a replacement.

At Nudes by Kia, we take your data protection seriously and follow all General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) guidelines. We only collect the data we need to process your order and ensure it’s handled safely and securely.
Your sensitive images are stored securely and deleted as soon as we’re done. You have full control over your data, and can request access, corrections, or deletion at any time.
